Went on the app and reserve a vehicle got conformation. As I was going to pick up the vehicle I received a phone call saying they did not have any vehicles. If you expect a vehicle you may get it and a good chance you will be inconvenienced. This has happened twice at this location. I express the inconvenience and the manager answered was nothing he can do about it and sorry you feel that way. It’s odd that last week in Nashville TN I attempted to rent a car and the app showed none available. Why can’t this small location keep up with what’s on there lot. This company is poorly managed and don’t account for misleading customers.

I appreciate your OUTSTANDING customer service everytime I rent a vehicle (which is a few times a year)! I am particularly amazed how smooth the process was when my car was totalled. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the vehicle shortage. Overall, Your Fantastic! I'll never rent car from anyone else!
