After months of trying to find a perfect place and a lot of apartment tours when I came to do my apartment tour of Tanglewood from the moment I walked into the front office and was greeted by Carol she had very good energy and was so happy to help us find somewhere. So when she gave me the tour of the complex she did a very good job making sure nothing was missed out and gave me a lot of time to look around making sure everything was the right fit for me and I’m glad she did because I picked the right apartment and enjoying my time at Tanglewood!! Carol deserves all the credit

I was looking for a temporary rental for my husband, dog and myself after moving several thousand miles to Southern Pines, NC. After hours of searching, I found Tanglewood Apartments, called and Carol was outstanding at answering all questions, calling me back immediately, guiding me through the application process and more, with amazing patience and courtesy at all times. After the move-in, she continued her exceptional courtesy, leaving no issue unresolved. We love this property, it's in the forest, quiet with lovely neighbors yet minutes from all shopping and countless relocation needs. Carol made our move much smoother than it might have been, we are so happy to be new residents of the friendliest place imaginable!

I've only lived here for a month, but everyone I spoke to on the phone and with the management on site was incredibly helpful answering questions and getting all the paperwork and whatnot sorted. The location is ridiculously ideal - very close to lots of stores/restaurants/major roads, but tucked back in the woods enough that it's quiet and secluded. The Maintenance staff has been super helpful and responsive so far as well. It's a bit pricey but relative to other apartments in town it's reasonable.
