Seriously disappointed with this business. My husband received PCS orders and we needed to move and cancel the membership. First, apparently this gym can’t cancel their own memberships, they make you (the client) reach out to some random company (Paramount Acceptance) to *attempt* to cancel your membership. This company then takes forever to reply to your request, comes back with outstanding fees you didn’t know you had, and when you call to speak to an actual person, it’s never someone who actually has the power to cancel your membership and refund you. They then tell you that in order to receive a refund, you need to speak with the owner/manager of the gym (Brett?) because he needs to approve it himself. I have called the gym multiple times for WEEKS. I have called at every time of day, I have called to the point where the staff all already know who I am and who I want to speak to. Conveniently, Brett is “not in right now” whenever I call, and nobody seems to know when he will be in. It has been months since we moved and we have yet to hear back from someone with a resolution. I never imagined that this facility would be so disrespectful to a military family by not even giving us the time of day to return our calls.

Treadmills essentially inoperable at moderate to high speeds; a months-long problem that hasn’t been resolved. Weight room selection is fair, although 24-hour access is often essential to have timely use of your desired weights as it gets quite busy.
