Staff was helpful; truck was ready and pulled out for me. The U-Haul check-out by app process seemed to lag, especially with identity verification, when I was physically there with a staff member. But that's a U-Haul thing not specific to this location; I'd definitely use this location again in the future.

Service was okay, using the app was fairly straightforward but took a while to upload the documents for verification. Picking up the rental truck through the app was fair, except they had forgotten to put the dolly in and I had to drive all the way back.

if you wanted a 15 ft truck for two days and it needs to be returned the next day by 8am, but still need the truck, can you call and extend the rental?

I don't know. But the uhaul on Hollister Ave does have both 15 ft and 17 ft trucks. I think they also have 20 ft and 26ft trucks available. I just don't know if one is available for Friday 4/5.
