Four of us girls here from Minnesota got pedicures at Modern Nails. They are FABULOUS. Would highly recommend them. They were punctual, professional and did a great pedicure. Wish we lived here to keep coming

Absolutely horrible customer service, went for a manicure a few months ago and was embarassed by the full set i got. Needed a pedicure, and foolishly went back as they were the only ones taking walk ins, specifically asked for non gel polish, and was told by the tech "no I only do gel" the male techs in particular are horribly rude....Do not waste your money here

Horrendous experience for a customer who has been a steady client for years. My experience for a gel manicure started with David. He did not greet me and then he layed a stained coffee napkin down over top of a towel for me to put my hands on. This started out very bad and left me thinking to call the public health department on this business. He was rough, he was rushing the manicure, missing dry and rough cuticles. At the end of the manicure he rubs oil into my hands and does not offer me a hot cloth. When I got home I realized the shellac did not take and my 4 of my nails were dull and the rest were shiny. It was a painfull experience. I will never return to this business. I am not sure if the person doing my manicure is even licensed. I will find out however. This place used to be great but it has sadly changed.
