I have only been here for purchasing contact and so this rating has nothing to do with eye exams or opticians at this location. On all three occasions, I have been lucky to be helped by Brandon. He is very friendly, patient, kind, and willing to go above and beyond to help with anything I've needed. I would rate his service higher than 5 stars if I could.

Please be aware! I dont like making bad reviews but what just happened was ridiculous. I made an appointment today and when I got there the women at the desk looked confused. They said that the Doctor was at lunch and even though I had an appointment the doctor literally told them that "she didnt think I would show." What's the point of making an appointment if this is how they operate. So unprofessional!

Service was slow and people at both the optometrist (to get your eye exam) and the sales area (for glasses and such) were either rude or seemed liked they didn't care. Not really sure what all the fuss about Costco for eye care is, prices are what you would get anywhere else as well. I can say though that the doctor that gave me my eye exam was 5 stars, if it wasn't for that this would be a 1 or 2 star review. I shop at Costco so it was convenient this time but I definitely won't be getting any kind of eye service here ever again.
