I rented online and shortly after I finished Aireen called to answer any questions I had. She was friendly and professional. My space was very clean when I got there. I only wish there were more light into the unit, as I'm on a side hallway, and a few more carts available.

Irene helped me cut my lock since I lost my keys. Very professional and quick! Would recommend to a friend! In addition to the excellent service, the facilities is clean and quick and easy access. Only issue is I wish I had access to my unit 24/7.

Pretty simple process. They have some very helpful dollys that you’re able to utilize. Antwan & Irene were very nice and helpful. They were also knowledgeable regarding any questions or concerns I had.
