I have had my storage units for many yrs, I have never been welcomed into a place & had such a pleasant experience with a level of professionalism & excellence as I have received each time I've arrived, had any correspondence with, recieved new updated information fm or even upon my exit, than I have had with Cathy. My words aren't justification for all that she has, well not enough to say bent over backwards, gone out of her way to do, but lets say, TOP NOTCH CHARACTER, & unsurpassable work ethic... I would award 5 stars for the ease of use and competency of staff. However, about only 2 months after signing my contract, my rental rate went up $100 which was about a 100% increase. Needless to say I will be looking for another company.
