This was my first time here. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and good morning, the receptionist sent me to the appropriate area. I met Dr. Cullum, which did a great job during my visit and made sure I was comfortable. I got a call a week later to pick up my glasses which I love. I have since switched all my stuff over to Northridge Eye Care. You won't be disappointed!

I have to say I have never used this business. But from hearing what I have heard from family members who have, this is an amazing place. Dr. Haugen is knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. The staff is very welcoming and caring. I know Dr. Haugen and his wife personally and they are some of the best people around. They help and support the community and take part on community events. When the time comes for my eye exam I know where I am headed.

I have to give a five star rating to Northridge Eye Center. What a great place to get your eyes checked! I was fortunate enough to have an appointment with Dr. Haugen. I got to tell you he really knows his stuff. It was great to have someone explain things to me, give me guidance, and really focus on my eye situation. I was pleased with the level of service and the kindness of the staff. A great experience from start to finish.

I've been seeing Dr. Cullum since I returned to Red Bluff 4 years ago. She has always been wonderfully attentive and so accommodating. I really appreciate how she takes extra time to provide me with the solution that works best for my eye health and lifestyle. Shannen and Linda have always provided wonderful customer service and assistance with frame selections. I am very happy with the office and staff!
