Yes. You go there to apply for one during regular business hours. Then the next day they will be available for you to pick it up until 5.
Yes, if you get a SC licence, you have to get married in SC. If you want to get married out of state, you can pay an officiant to marry you and file the paper in SC, then you are free to have a ceremony anywhere you want.
You can't do it that way. You have to wait for 24 hours. Not just the next day, like literally 24 hours. We went back too early the second day and had to wait
They only marry on Monday Tues and wed but a notary of republic can marry someone also
Social security office... Put in a name change then you can do the driver license the same way
It's legit... All that is from the copies be done. I got married oct 24 and the copy looks like i didn't sign it but it's still legit since it has the seal stamped in it
