The carrier that does 1000West route needs to actually lock the bottom mailboxes after putting packages in them. He left 2 wide open not even locked and the key in my box and the other in door of the other box.

Absolutely awful. Ordered 2 items and received "delivery attempted" slips for both that stated the delivery area was not "secure", I scheduled a redelivery which was never made, I then called the post office (Spoke with someone that clearly did not care and was zero help) and now I am no longer able do anything with the redelivery options. To top it off, the post office phone number is not working now. All this because I live on the third floor of an apartment and the mail carriers are too lazy to walk it up - I even told them they could leave it on the first floor or drop it by the clubhouse and I would get it. They have no problem dropping off small items on my front door (apparently when items are small and easy the area is "secure") Fed ex and UPS seem to have no issues.

2 nd time now I’ve Arrived at this location when it first opens at 9 AM they didn’t open the doors until 9:07 and almost 10 mins after 9. I really don’t appreciate this when I need to be somewhere on time.

If you go to the post office on Cross County Rd, no appt necessary. Check out the USPS website at USPS.com and search "passports" to schedule an appt at several of the offices that require them. I recommend trying to make an appt since the wait time at Cross County can be hours....
I am not sure how long the outside doors remain unlocked. But, if they are - there are drop boxes available in the lobby.

Then it’s going to be rerouted back to wherever it shipped from. Idk why but that’s what happened to me.
Have you called the post office? We are now tracked with GPS and they will be able to see where it was delivered. I work at this office.
