I’m getting super irritated at the laziness of our carrier and packages. They keep shoving packages in my slot when they don’t fit. They have larger box to use and or drop off at my home and won’t, i’ve had close calls and now change something is ruined. I can’t take it out, bags stuck

Honestly, probably some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. I’ve been here twice and Alice “helped” me both times. Unbelievably rude and makes you feel like you should feel bad for bothering her. No hello. Barked an order to give her the box. I held up my phone with the barcode for the return and she barked for me to put it on the counter. I did and after she scanned it went to pick it back up and she barked at me to leave it because she’d need to scan it again. I will definitely be going to a different post office next time.

Lately my packages haven’t been getting delivered, I live in an apt so of course our mailbox are small, usually they will bring any packages to the front door or leave them by the main office but something must had change because they have been leaving Redeliver notes for them to try again for the same outcome or to tel me to go to the USPS office to pick up my packages but they are open only 9-5 so I wonder should I go to work or go and get my package that I order online to save me the time to be going all over the place. This is so frustrating

What a horrible experience! This is probably the least friendly staff I’ve ever encounter. I always feel like I’m walking on egg shells here, they don’t even greet the clients , they simply start shouting and act like you are Bothering them by coming to pick up your mail! There must be something USPS can do to change the staff or at least tell them to take pride on their work! This post office is an absolute shame! If I could give them negative stars I would!
