wanted to try this place out bc i’ve never been. went inside and one of the workers looked at me with an attitude. the rest of them just stared at me without even saying “Hi” or “Hello.” walked right back out. i’ll take my money somewhere else where it’s more welcoming

My wife did a pickup order. It took an extra 15 mins when she arrived even though the order said “ready.” They then gave us a card for six free smoothies. Today she went to use it and at the same location and they said they didn’t accept the card at that location. Furthermore they TOOK THE CARD FROM HER so she couldn’t use it anywhere else. They gave her a free smoothie today and another for the next visit. Great. But we are confused at such poor service and why they would give us a reward and then take it back. Seems sketchy.

We sanitize all door handles and surfaces every 30 minutes, we ask guest to wear masks inside our building, we ask guest to wait in their cars or outside for their orders, we offer curbside pickup and delivery, we do not offer indoor dinning, and we check employees temperatures before clocking in.
