The location cannot be beat. And it's the quiet end of downtown if that's important to you. The enclosed dog park and the Manager Nicole closed the deal for us. However, the amenities and feel of the property is like a 5-star getaway. If it couldn't get any better than this, well then the fellow residents are just incredible - so welcoming, so friendly, and so happy it's contagious. Sure hope Nicole, Erica (welcome), Justin, and Wayne all stick around so that we can all continue to cultivate and maintain the sense of community. Come here and join in the fun.

Wonderful apartment complex, we’ve lived here for a number of years, and couldn’t be happier in our apartment living. The Ellison team is always great to work with and I do want to call out Wayne on the maintenance team who always makes things easier around the complex! Best things: proximity to downtown (3 blocks easy walk), apartments are well designed with nice appliances, gym, and relaxing pool area.

Out of 3 cities and 4 apartment buildings in the last 7 years, I can truly say Ellison on Broad was by far my favorite. I’ve never had a more attentive and caring staff / maintenance group that truly made an apartment building feel so much like home. Marissa and Nicole learned my name almost immediately and greeted me with smiles and thoughtfulness anytime I passed through the lobby. I never waited more than 24 hours for maintenance assistance - whether that be replacing appliances, unclogging drains, or fixing garbage disposals. The location is unbeatable - right off of Main St downtown - nothing is more than a 10-15 min walk. The amenities were absolutely STUNNING - every visitor I had over the last 14 months referred to staying with me as “ a vacation”. I chose to move out for personal reasons, but will absolutely consider moving back in at another time. I was truly so sad to leave the Ellison and would recommend it to anyone looking to live in Downtown Greenville.

Beautiful apartment community just blocks off Main Street with perks galore! The pool area feels like a tropical spa getaway! The clubhouse design is exquisite! Definitely someplace you want to hangout and relax! Love the vibe!
