I lived here for almost 4 years, and have recently moved out of state to another apartment run by different management, and it has really made me appreciate how great Innovation was. The maintenance staff was always friendly and timely with requests, the front office staff get to know you and follow up with any issues you have. Also loved that they kept up with the landscaping and amenities. I have experienced the opposite in my new place and truly do miss Innovation!

I have only been living here for three months. But I love this community, I feel so safe and welcomed here. The apartments are beautiful, and the upkeep is fantastic. And the office staff you could not ask for better people to be watching over your stay here. They take care of everything in a very fast manner for you. And they are so friendly. So come take a look you want be disappointed.

Moving to Innovation Apt Homes has been one of the most stress-free experiences I've had this year (2nd time moving for me). The leasing office had everything organized in an easy-to-follow format. Everything from applying online to moving in/ getting electronic door unlock codes to contacting the internet provider for router installation was a breeze. Also, another thing I really appreciate is how the leasing staff is accessible to all residents; you don't need an appointment to see them, just walk in & say hello. (I've lived at one other complex in another state earlier this year, & it was nigh-near-to-impossible to even speak with anyone in the leasing office.) My family & I have only been here a super short time, but I can already say I highly recommend the Innovation apartment community to anyone looking for a new home/ place to settle. :)
