READ THE WHOLE POST. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and had a fantastic experience compared to any other place I’ve ever stayed. That’s why I was okay paying the big bucks it cost for the luxury experience. UNTIL they sold here recently to new owners who brought in all new management including some sketchy security to operate this place. Worst place than anywhere I’ve lived including college like bad management. No office hours, the elevator is literally out almost every two days no joke ask anyone, security is absolutely clueless, no events, packages just get thrown around and lost everywhere, the new management and new owners operate this place like low income housing. We want the old management back. The staff and security are so clueless that paramedics needed to get in to rescue someone today and the people that work here didn’t even know how to scan them up. And if I hadn’t happen to just get on the elevator and ask then who knows what would have happened. They said they rode the elevator with the security guard for almost 5 whole mins. Today was the last straw for me. Place is jank now. I’m out at end of my lease. Fogleman the owners needs to go back to Atl and take the stank management with him.
