Would have rated 0 had there be an option. This is just an ATM. Not sure why they even call it a financial center. They have no staff here, none. There's an option to talk on video chat but no one answers. I waited to more than 10 minutes and it gives no updates. Just resets the time every 5 minutes. Absolute waste of time and money to go here.

This is not a true financial center. There are no tellers physically present (everything is virtual) so as a customer/client you are not able to get your true banking needs met here. I wasted money and time to come here and not get my simple banking needs met. Highly recommend avoiding this location if you are looking for a true financial center.

Recently moved from downtown location to a terrible location inside the Pearl area and there is no downtown ATM location left. BofA didn't e-mail nearby customers but I guess the managers like eating at the Pearl....Locations close in the middle of the week without notice!

I understand bank hours but why close off ATM and not have another one accessible downtown?!
