What can you say, it's 31 flavors. It's delicious everything I expected it to be. The store was clean. The customer service was lacking, the girls were not very friendly, but being downtown they probably deal with a lot of jerks, so I give them a pass. I'll be back.

Twinkle Eyes

I came in today, coffee is good but service is awful. I was going to Starbucks but was feeling Dunkin Donuts. Cashier gave attitude and looked like he didn't want to be there. Manager was the same way, I had ordered in the drive thru and was trying a new breakfast item and the lady gave me attitude just because I didn't know the different "kinds" of options it came with it, again I told her it's the first time I ordered the item and in the drive thru menu it didn't show the other options. I didn't know I would have a "debate" just to order something to eat.

Came in and got a waffle bowl with my family. I noticed one of the scoops that I had the ice cream was pretty hard like it had been sitting there all day. My oreo cookies and cream was soft. Overall everything was great and my family enjoyed it as well.

Drive thru line went fast. No customer service as when I got to the window the guy said only the price, took my card, no receipt offered. There’s no sticker on my drink so I don’t even know if my order is correct until I taste it. Took my first sip and it was crunchy. I noticed coffee grinds. Never in my life have I gotten iced coffee and had coffee grinds on my drink!!!!
