The guys at Torque Factory have done a substantial amount of performance related work to a number of my trucks over the recent years. IMO you will NOT find another shop with more diesel knowledge or the commitment to build things correctly than what you'll get from these cool cats. If you want shortcuts go somewhere else but if you want work that's done right, this is your place. We are currently moving to TN and fear we'll not find an equal replacement shop once we arrive there. Thank you Torque Factory for your awesome service. You've turned my Gen 3 Cummins 5.9 into something very very fun and exciting to drive!

TJ and his guys are amazing!!! TJ is wicked smart when it comes to diesel trucks and performance/maintenance. Ask him a question about your vehicle and you won’t be disappointed. He’s like the patho/phys genius when it comes to vehicles! We had some scheduled work done and some urgent work, TJ was there for us! Our truck runs awesome now! Lifetime customer!

These guys are the BEST in central Oregon! I took my rig to 3 other shops in town that supposedly worked on performance trucks and they couldn't figure out the issue I was having. Charlie and Brad diagnosed it within an hour. The really took the time to figure out exactly what was going on and fixed right the 1st time. I have referred 2 other people to the shop and they also had great experiences. The prices are very fair and your rig WILL be fixed right. Can't say enough great things about these guys..... except they like IPA's.... yuck! Lol
