Walked in and sat at a table. Waited 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged we were there. No drinks, didn’t even look at us. They have a sign on the door reminding people to be nice, I wonder why they aren’t? Zero customer service. We ended up leaving and still no one looked at us. I had only been to Waffle House once ever before this and with customer service like this- we won’t be back.

Food was just ok but it seemed like we were inconviencing the 2 servers cuz they actually had to do a little work. Not very professional. Coming from a server myself at a different restaurant I don't agree with the way we were treated as a burden and standing in the way of them getting off work

The waitress was wonderful but the cook sucked. He got my eggs wrong and they where overdone and not dvrambled correctly. The toast my husband ordered he ingorned the waitress several times when asked for it to be done. My husband eggs where late. It took him twice as long for ours as for the other people there.

I went in to get my first Chicken Sandwich post pandemic. It was great! The waitress and cook were very friendly and had a great conversation with them about waffle house history of all things. I came back again the next night it was that good! Keep up the good work!!
