WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER I DID A 2 DAY ORIENTATION AND THEY ONLY PAID ME FOR 4 hrs . THEN I CALL A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER ORIENTATION TO CHECK AND SEE IF THEY HAD WORK FOR ME AND BARBARA TOLD ME I DIDNT QULIFY BECAUSE OF MY SIZE WHEN I LITERALLY WENT THERE IN PERSON PASSED ALL TESTS GIVING AND FILL OUT A BUNCH OF PAPER WORK NOW IM TOO SMALL BUT NO ONE NEVER EVEN CALL ME BACK SMH NOW ITS THE 10th AND IM LOOKING FORWARD TO MY ORIENTATION MONEY AND ITS $52.00 LIKE HUH WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM WAGE 🧐 Did 10 hrs OF ORIENTATION

BRAVO to Home Instead Senior Care owner Karen Stephenson and her expert team for the outstanding care they provided to my 100 year old mother-in-law upon returning home to her high rise apartment after a quick hospital stay. Living on her own and incredibly independent, we were highly impressed with Karen for many reasons but first because she was able to swiftly assess my mother-in-law's needs and offer excellent suggestions for a detailed caregiving plan. Karen's calming manner and presence eased any of our worries. Incredibly Karen and her fantastic Client Care Manager, Mary Reynolds, carefully matched just the right caregivers which was no easy task for a very tough minded independent 100 year old! One feels a very high level of dedication from Karen and her entire team and a concierge level of caregiving that is unique and unmatched. There was always too a friendly voice on the other side when we called the office day or night. We can't thank Karen and her team enough and recommend their services to everyone we know!! It was a pleasure working with Karen, Elena, the caregivers, and all the staff at Home Instead. When I first began seeking caregiving services for my parents, I called a few agencies. Home Instead was the most patient and most responsive, and that first contact with Home Instead set the tone throughout our working relationship. Every phone call I made to the office and every time I met a staff member in person was a positive experience. Everyone was attentive, patient, and empathetic, both toward my parents and our family. The caregivers were very helpful with meals, dressing, laundry, groceries, bathing, medication reminders, and the many everyday things that my parents are no longer able to do for themselves. They were also good companions, listening to my parents’ stories, playing cards, or playing board games with them. The few times I had to make schedule changes last minute, they did everything they could to accommodate the changes and they delivered. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone seeking care services for an elderly family member.
