I can't say enough loving and positive things about Home Instead's Skokie office, whom I worked with to find a caregiver for my 85-year-old mother and her 72-year old partner, at their assisted-living facility in Lincolnwood, IL. From the first moment I called them, and spoke with their incredibly thoughtful and gifted Director of Care Planning, Ritika Smith, I was just amazingly impressed with the level of care and attention I received. Ritika stayed in close touch through a very uniquely challenging time to find a caregiver, during the pandemic, and ultimately found an amazing and dear caregiver for my Mom, a caregiver who's become like a part of her family. I'm just profoundly impressed with everyone at the Home Instead Skokie office with whom I've spoken, their 24-hour availability on the phone, and just overall the dedication and commitment that Ritika, Karen and Regina all showed during our journey together while searching for a great caregiver for my Mother, and also the regular follow-up care they've shown to me and my Mom and my Mom's partner.
