One of the best HIEs in the midwest. I had almost given up hope but then I got to Festus. What a great place with very kind staff, convenient location, quiet and comfortable rooms. Oh and ice cold A/C with constant fan! Water already in the fridge and the breakfast is great too. Good places surrounding the hotel to walk my real service dog 🐕‍🦺 They even have a picnic table with a charcoal grill on one side of the building. Awesome! Best HIE I've been to since my favorite Lacey, WA HIE. Thanks IHG for a great one! Being a business traveler, it is hard to find consistent quality like this. A+

We have always had a good experience at this IHG property. From the manager down to all of the staff. Jenine left us check us in early. Jenine was great. She welcomed us with a beautiful smile when we arrived. The breakfast bar lady Debra was very good to us also. We have for many years stayed at this well managed property. Rhonda the manager has a great crew. This is a very well managed property.

I had to stay in this hotel for work for 9 nights and the I was in love with the cleanliness and spaciousness of my room. I opted for the greener stays package eliminating the need for hotel staff to enter my room daily. However, the hotel staff were kind and sweet to keep me stocked on coffee and take my trash when I asked. My only complaint was that there were limited breakfast choices for those with common dietary restrictions.

It was ok, it wasn't great. The hotel failed to inform us they were under construction in the front entrance and the hallway off from it when we made our reservation. Loose tile and a lot of noise. Their art piece in the front entrance of the Missouri map looked like it was marking off areas that were already targeted in a war. The whole thing is blue but has a few red zones. Unattractive. Their breakfast was nothing to be thrilled about. Standard pre-made eggs, biscuits, sausage links, powdered gravy mix and dryer than dry cinnamon rolls. Too many recent reviews worshipping the cinnamon rolls. Honestly not worth it. The hotel should re-evaluate the supplier. The room was ok, but the bathroom was another story. When you walked, you could feel the floor dipping downward as if you were going to fall through.
