I’ve sent online inquiries, called twice, and left voicemails with no return call. I finally spoke to someone on yesterday and she seemed very rushed. She said she’d call right back to schedule an appointment and I’ve yet to hear back. That’s enough for me to not wanna do business with them.

I visited the pain & neurology specialist offiec on April 20 . There was a wait time but it was only about 25 minutes .the staff was terrific and the doctors are very kind and knowledgeable.the overall experience was very nice. I would recommend to anyone trying deal with pain management. Thanks again

Do NOT go here for Neurology. Had my first appointment in January and was supposed to have an EEG in February. It's May and I still haven't been seen since January. Every time I would go for my scheduled EEG appointment, they would say that I was there on the wrong day ( which I wasn't) and my appointment was supposed to be for an EEG follow-up to go over results for an EEG they never did. 🙃 I can understand a mix up once but this has happened FOUR times. Keep in mind I have epilepsy and can't drive so I have to uber downtown to go to the appointments only for them to tell me that they made a mistake & that I can't be seen. And now that I am fed up and looking for a new Neurologist, they won't even refill my medicine. They are very unprofessional. Avoid if you can.

Ok I'm trying to get them to fix the referral they sent out and it's been a month they lied and said my doctor has authorized something they requested who dose that 😑 and now my doctor confused and they've called them back 2 times and told them why would they need to authorized a paper that my doctor office didn't even send out that doesn't make any sense at all then I'm asking for pain meds they not giving it toe I'm trying to workout to become healthy and they are not willing to give me what I need to do that so I'm going here for a conversation so y'all can act like you help me and get paid for free what a waste of gas and my time maybe some of the doctors help you here but the ones Ive head barley help and what I mean by barely helping me was just by giving me referrals and the referrals was not getting done because they wanted my doctor to sign it they was not helping me with the pain that I was going through at the moment so if you would like to try this doctor office you can you might have a different experience

Our practice works closely with Clinical Trials of South Carolina which is an independent research site that conducts medical research trials for a variety of conditions. Clinical trials are a great option because they do not require insurance to participate and patients are often compensated for their time and travel. Not to mention, you are helping the advancement of medicine while receiving access to cutting-edge treatments!
