Two people to give customer service. They are helpful and nice but customer service is TOO slow. You can spend more than 2 hours waiting.

Wait time is forever and customer service is very slow. Plan to spend more than hour even if you are planning to pick or drop internet devices.

Every time I come here I realize how bad the service is. Expect to wait for hours as they are understaffed and refuse to bring in more people to assist with customers.
