I called the office today because my window feel out . A young man named Jordan Brown came out to drive an hour from where he stays after work to help me put my window back in . I would recommend window to anyone . GREAT SERVICE. Keep this young man with the company :)

I would not recommend window world to anyone. After the install of my windows and doors I noticed that a lot of glass was left all over my yard. I have two small kids so I had to go around and pick up the glass. They also delivered the wrong door and wanted me to pay to have it corrected. I’ve also been waiting for another door to be installed but they have changed the date of the install. After the door have been ordered the process has been taking to long.

I hired Window World to replace my front door and everything looked and sounded great from the sales person, but the reality of what I received and installation was a far different. Door and frame does not fit the opening, trim is not flush with the wall, nor does it fit anymore, bottom and top of the door unfinished with glue oozing out, gashes and holes in the wood so deep you can see sunlight on the other side and caulking that looks like my 12 yr old did it. They also refused to install the dead bolt I bought because I was told the door did not come with any hardware. When I confronted the installers on the sloppy job they did, they had an excuse for everything. Had to call the office several times and they finally came back to fix some of it but not all. Very unhappy with their work. Stay away, you can do better than these clowns

Yes they do BUT DON'T USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!! They lie, have terrible service, horrible installation and take forever to do the job. Not to mention if you have any problems (WHICH YOU WILL) you can't talk with management and if for some chance you do, they are just going to lie to you....... DO NOT USE WINDOW WORLD FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your can go with a thicker glass. That will cut down the excess noise.
After installing your new replacement windows we remove every bit of debris from your property and dispose of it properly. If you wish to keep your old windows, glass or storm windows, please notify the installer as soon as he arrives for your installation.
All of our Window World replacement windows come with a limited lifetime warranty. However a double lifetime “transferable”, lifetime glass breakage, lifetime seal failure, and installation warranties are available. Contact us for more details.
Your replacement windows will be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of replacement window being installed and type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to install your replacement windows. On average each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. A standard install will take only one day. Our installers install one window at a time and are trained to do what ever necessary to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from the new windows will recover any additional costs incurred within a few days.
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the inside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the outside.

The term “Any Size” refers to any size replacement double hung window our manufacturer will construct.
