The worst service ever! highly recommend not to do business with them. Their staff did not even do the measurement correctly and kept postponing the work. it happened on numerous occasions and I missed the opportunity to sell my house on time.
Has anyone experienced the terrible customer service I have this whole year? Please post!

Are your windows soundproof? My bedroom and family room windows are in the back of the main road that catches a lot of traffic noise. Do you have a solution?
