The worst service ever! highly recommend not to do business with them. Their staff did not even do the measurement correctly and kept postponing the work. it happened on numerous occasions and I missed the opportunity to sell my house on time.

They are the worst. Canceling last minute. Worst company - do to used them.

I had a similar experience they were an hour late after the two hour arrival time then they brought in a broken window and two window that was measured incorrectly it was a horrible experience I had to cancel the appointment. Oh and here’s the best part they didn’t come until 6 with two to three people to do five big windows 😒

oh yaa. Worst worst. Please do not use these guys. Wrong measurement, multiple reschedules, bad customer service.

Have waited an incredible 4 1/2 months for window install. Then they have the nerve to cancel 45 min before scheduled ETA!!!! And want to reschedule 3 WEEKS from now. We hv already removed all our blinds, curtains, & moved our furniture! And they lied 3 times about the reason they cancelled. The true reason is that they neglected to properly schedule a crew of 3 or more instead of their usual 2 person crews. Unforgivable since they had our contract in their hands for over 4 1/2 months! They knew the order included a very large 2nd floor window which requires more than 2 people to install. How aggravating.

They botched my wraps and its been almost a year trying to get them replaced! Worse customer service I have ever experienced. An installer came out does one wrap a day. He has 5 more windows. Hopefully he will be finished this year...
