This store is a very special place. They go above and beyond for their brides! I got my prom dresses here back when they sold prom dresses and I just knew I wanted to buy from them when I started planning my wedding. Not only do they provide excellent customer service and they made me feel like the most important person in the world but they also seriously have the best quality out there. All of the other dresses I tried on at other places felt cheap but at A Formal Occasion they hand pick their dresses meant to make their brides amazing! I will forever be a fan. Thank you got making two proms special for me and soon my wedding day! ❤️

Cannot recommend A Formal Occasion enough! A couple has owned the shop for over 30 years, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into it. The staff makes you feel so special from the moment you walk in. I went to multiple other dress shops in the Atlanta area, and this by far had the best customer service. I found more dresses I loved here than I did in any other store! They had a great selection at reasonable prices. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience!

I had the best time shopping for my dress at A Formal Occasion. I felt so special the entire time! The staff had dresses pulled for me based off of what I said I loved from previous appointments at other salons, and Katie found my dress within the first round of dresses. The entire staff was so sweet and nice and really made my mom and I feel welcome and important. They have a nice selection of dresses, and carry larger sample sizes in store. It was so nice to finally go to a store and be able to try on dresses that fit!! I am so excited to go back and pick up my dress. I am so glad that I got to say yes to my dress at A Formal Occasion.

I called to see if they would accept me as a walk in since I didn't have an appt. They worked me in as an early appt since they had time and my name was on the welcome board when I arrived. They made me feel special and were very attentive. They helped me find my dress and I bought it right there! No waiting to have it delivered. All the dresses I tried on were gorgeous. They catered to my needs and even answered questions I didn't even think about. Professional women working here. I will recommend Formal Occasion to anyone looking for wedding dresses!
