I had made an online order back about a month ago and the mattress ended up not being a good fit. I came back in and Brian was so helpful with getting it properly exchanged. He was knowledgeable about the products and very good at explaining what my options were. They were even able to get me on the schedule for next-day delivery. My new mattress is sooooo comfortable and really great quality. The price was excellent as well.
