Stayed one night while traveling cross-country with 2 young kids and our dog. We really enjoyed our visit, so much so that we will seek out Quality Inns on our return trip. The only thing I would change is requesting a 1st floor room as there are no elevators and was a struggle with 2 little ones, luggage and dog kennel. Not a complaint, more of a tip. Indoor and outdoor pools. Breakfast far exceeded our expectations, large assortment of hot foods and FRUIT!!!! The entire staff was professional and friendly. My kids loved it so much they didn't want to leave. Great value, easy location off highway, tons of restaurants close by. Hotel has a restaurant, bar and room service options. Plenty of green space to walk our dog and let kids play. Room was a little dated, but very clean and beds super comfy. At first glance, curb side appeal, is dated, certainly not a big enough deal to be a negative. Glad we stayed here instead of Nashville! Well worth $150!

Traveling with two dogs and loved our stay here. Lots of grass around the whole building to take them out. Rooms are clean and breakfast is actual hot food and delicious. I’m giving it five stars because of all of the above, obviously it’s not a “five-star” hotel. Total cost was $180 for a king bed and two dogs. This is the second time we’ve stayed here while driving MN to FL and it’s a great place to stop and sleep. We’ll definitely stay here again. Also the woman helping at breakfast was very attentive and welcoming. Thank you for working so early on a Sunday to help make our stay wonderful!

A very nice clean room. Beds n pillows were super comfortable. Service was great. The breakfast was very good...one exception...the "spam" ham slices were less tasty then expected! They had an inside n exterior pool. With an interior hot tub, nice.

I am traumatized by the short (1.5 hour stay) at this motel. We are a military family looking for a place to rest in between relocating to our new destination. Immediately upon entering our room, it was an overwhelming stench! It reeked of musk and smoke. It came me the creeps and did not feel comfortable with bringing any of my belongings in side. I would have immediately walked back out and requested a refund but I was extremely exhausted and had my two young children with me. Upon checking the beds, as I always do with any hotel, I initially didn't see anything. About 30 min later, flipped the pillow back and surely there were BEDBUGS!!! I have an infant. I Immediately stripped all of us bare, left EVERYTHING there and changed our clothes from the back of my SUV. I could not risk taking BEDBUGS to our new home. Once dressed, I went straight to the front desk to request a refund. As soon as I walked in the receptionist stated, "What's wrong?!" - as if she already knew what my gripe would be. I'm thoroughly disgusted and will never return to any of these hotels! The room was dirty, outdated, grim, and dingy. I can't believe they were rated as well as they are. Please do not stay here, but if you do please be on the lookout. This is unacceptable! Thank God I did not bring my belongings inside of pull the covers back and climb in bed- I would've had to trash all of our house hold goods!

I see no problem with that.
Lol thanks everyone. I'm not a phone person, so I hoped someone would know. I guess I'll give them a call. 😃
