The lobby is clean. The floors are sticky and the carpet leading to 1st floor rooms has a huge sticky spot and is just nasty. Definitely needs a good steam cleaning. Room was not 100% clean. The bathroom had water all over the counters and floor. There were only 2 towels. In the morning we went down to breakfast and was told that staff has to get the food " because management limited who can get food cuz something happened" ( stated from the female staff) who then put a sign out that said due to covid, yet none of the staff was following any other covid procedures (mask, distancing) heck you cant even toast your own bread. They ration orange juice and milk, the waffle maker was "out of order" Both the female and male breakfast staff was rude. One of the staff had their children there. The beds were comfortable. The microwave and fridge worked. We have been traveling for the last 2 weeks and have stayed at a choice hotel with each stop and I have to say this was the dirtiest one. Also if they are gonna have "covid procedures" for the breakfast then all staff should have to wear mask and 6ft distance. Really disappointed in this choice to hotel. We have to travel to clarksville for the next couple months and this will NOT be our CHOICE hotel.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable. Negative: Room was dirty, sticky old carpeting, stained sheets as well as towels. They offered a hot breakfast but hours were very limited and when we went to eat they had picked up almost everything already even though there was suppose to be 20 minutes yet.

Positive: Welcoming, inviting, clean, family friendly! Staff members were very nice & friendly. Very comfortable bed & room. The breakfast is much better than the cold continental breakfast at other hotels. It has a coin self laundry. I look forward to stay again! Negative: The hotel was much better than my expectations. I cannot think of anything I did not like about my stay.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is it is cheap. I booked a room through a third party (Priceline) and I'm glad I didn't pay anywhere close to full price. The staff was very polite and friendly. Where to start with the negative: My room hadn't been 100% cleaned, although the front desk assured me it had. There was a used shampoo bottle in the shower. The shower has mold. The sink didn't drain. Not all the towels were available in the room. The phone didn't work. The bathroom mirror wasn't clean. The hotel floor was very dirty. The curtain didn't close all the way. The sheets had stains.
