Positive: It was located in a good place Negative: The hotel was very dirty. Roaches and had a bad smell. I woke up and saw a roach crawling on the bed with me and could not go back to sleep. Wasted my money on this place

Place is absolutely disgusting and when you make a complaint that the room isn't worth staying in they won't do anything to make it right if I could post photos I would... And I'm pretty sure I saw signs of bedbugs under the mattress and around the seems! Save some money and go somewhere else that's actually clean

Absolutely awful!! Worst management and the nastiest place ever!! Go through the reviews and the managers reply. They only blame the customer and never take responsibility for their poor hospitality. I normally don't do bad reviews only good ones but I don't want anybody to have the same experience as we did. We originally booked online but then told the card was declined when we got there and we would have to pay a higher price but heres the kicker. They took the same card that declined but it worked for the higher price? 🤔 Don't get scammed like we did! There are a lot better hotels around. We came in late that night and we couldn't wait to leave early the next morning. Check for bed bugs!! The Fairfield took great care of us for the rest of our stay! Oh and we were told by management that we were lucky to find those atrocious rooms because everywhere else was sold out which was a straight up lie!! Don't fall for their scams!! Like I said Fairfield took great care of us for the rest of our stay!

Very dirty, heat/air didn't work, masking tape on bathroom door and nails sticking out of the bottom of bathroom door, dirty linens, ripped pillow case, uncomfortable beds, wet toilet paper, fitness center supposed to open at 6 and went to the front desk to ask and was told she didn't have a key. Front Desk lady stated that fitness center would open at 8 after we needed to be on the road.
