I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. It was very dirty. Our fridge was filled of mold. The shower was clearly not cleaned. Mold everywhere. Our door didn’t even close / seal up correctly. Sadly the pool was closed too. Breakfast looked very unappetizing too.

Positive: There was plenty of parking. If that¿s something you really would look forward to, I get most of the time hotels have free parking but not all of the time. Negative: There was mold in the shower, half of the lightbulbs did not work. There was two different type of hair in the bathroom, neither mine, one dark brown super curly one light-brown-blonde and straight, gross. The toilet still had some urine stains.

We had a reservation and got in late, but when we went into our room somebody had used it to shower in and left their dirty wet towel, there was makeup on it, and our shower was wet. We called the front desk and they did not care and the hotel was full! They said breakfast was till 9 well we got down there and there was no food . Said the hot food stops at 8:30 but other people said there was no hot food who came around 8:30, the staff at the front counter did not seem to care at all! I will not stay here again, very disappointed no one cares about the poor service

The hotel was filthy. There were people hanging around in lawn chairs on all floors, in front of the stairs. There was discarded debris, such as old appliances, pieces of wood, and trash out in the open in the outside hallway leading from stairs to rooms. The worst part, was when we were checking the beds (as we do for every hotel room) we pulled back the made up bed, and found VERY large blood stains, and other stains. These were fresh stains, as if someone used the bed after it was made up, or it was never made up after the last use. (we have photos). The room was falling apart, and not very well maintained. We immediately went back to the front desk clerk, who did not care in the least. He was very disinterested about our complaint. He simply stated that he was not in housekeeping. We asked him to go to the room with us to see for himself and he refused. We left the hotel and asked him to print a zero balance receipt, and he printed a "cancellation". We told him the credit card had better not be charged, or we will deny charges, and then left. The entire town was sold out, but we went from hotel to hotel and finally found one small room. This was after driving for 13 hours, and it was after 10pm when we finally settled. AVOID THIS HOTEL.
