Stay at the Red Roof Inn in Gaffney, SC. The drive is not far and they offer a special rate for Duke contractors weekly or daily. Just mention you are working at the Cliffside plant and they will give you the special rate

Buy a meter base and a homeowners electrical permit. Install the wires to a panel then wire up the RV. Have the job inspected then call Duke after your inspection clears.
