I,called yesterday they told me 0 to 460 based on your credit
It is pay as you go. Say you pay $100 on your account and as soon as it get close to the $100 you will get a texts message or email. Then you go put more money into you account.

You have to go into Rutherford and establish an account first then you can use your account number and sign up on line. A prepaid account is the best
