No, It is a public park on public property. There are guidelines and rules for which you must adhere to though. You may reserve this place for events though in which you may or may not have to pay a deposit for services such as major parties, fundraising events and school like functions.

I would say the same. Also biggerstaff park in dallas where animal control is. That park is a much better drone area. With 3 nice size lakes and larger open areas to fly
