If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 I would. I went in very clear with what I wanted and made a point of saying I don’t like the color green. When my hair lifted green I knew I couldn’t get away from green completely so I told the stylist I’d do green on the ends (where my hair had stayed green after bleaching) but I wanted my roots blue. She wouldn’t even consider it and made sure to tell me that this emerald green SHE picked out would be perfect. (It wasn’t even emerald it was more like forest) She even tried to convince me that the colors she chose would look like the reference picture I showed her. It wasn’t even close and I walked out of there looking like some kind of anime character. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for hair coloring. Honestly you could do better at home with box dye. Oh and the stylist compromised the integrity of my hair so when I tried to wait and bleach it again after a safe amount of time passed it killed my hair completely. I’m having to completely start over with my hair thanks to these people.
