Visited the park to fly our drone and were told there’s a rule against them. Anyone know why this is?

I would say the same. Also biggerstaff park in dallas where animal control is. That park is a much better drone area. With 3 nice size lakes and larger open areas to fly

Not sure exactly why. But I know not to far away from the bridge area there is a gun range. Could be why
