It is a place that is always clean. I usually go at night, and the gentleman working there is very nice and respectful. The equipment is always in good working condition.

The woman that works early in the morning is very friendly and helpful. They also have complimentary detergent which is awesome because sometimes I forget to bring my own.

The place is clean and the staff is helpful. Not sure how many washers and dryers they have, but it is a lot. If you ask, they will give you some laundry detergent for your first load. Wifi available here.

Clean, staff helpful, machines of all sizes and types. I needed to clean a comforter; not only did the attendant show me which machine to use, she helped me start it; she showed me the correct dryer and suggested a time to dry. I was very impressed; I will return for all my larger format items! They also have drop-off service, and I watched her folding the items with great care, so I would recommend that, as well.
