I used to go to this Dunkin' donuts every morning on the way to work. But they jacked their prices up higher than any of the other Dunkin donuts in town. And this morning the woman in the Drive-Thru fought with me about whether they didn't have English muffins last time. Also recently, the quality of the food has gone downhill. Undercooked and under toasted sandwiches. Stale donuts. I won't go back to this location ever again.

Went through the drive thru and when I got to the window the lady asked me “did you order the 25 munchkins?” To which I replied no. Then she asked me “did you order the 2 donuts?” To which I also replied no. She then proceeded to ask what I ordered, so I told her. She comes back with only 3/4 drinks that I ordered. The drink that was missing was an iced drink, but when I told her she came back with a hot drink. Finally after what felt like an eternity I left with what seemed like the correct order was, but to my dismay I discovered once I got home that she worker forgot the sweetener in one of my drinks. Not worth the time or the money I will not be coming back to this establishment ever.

I originally was pleasantly surprised at how quick the drive thru service was but now I see why. I ordered 4 donuts (2 w/ frosting) and this is how they came. Literally upside down in a bag. The second picture is supposed to be a sugared jelly donut. Honestly not worth the calories at this point and straight into the trash.

I come here regularly and order the most basic thing I can. Sausage and croissants. Plain. It says it on the receipt and on the tag the kitchen gets. And yet constantly I am getting breakfast sandwiches with cheese on it. Something I cannot eat. So it is a constant waste of my money. It cannot get more basic than this.
