Townhomes need to be updated!!!!!! They put “bandages” over things that should be replaced, then maintenance get upset when they have to eventually get down to the issue and really repair/replace whatever needs to be replaced. I’ve had water damage I’ve sent maintenance request for, never got taken care of, here it is over a year later, I’m sending the same request again. I can’t wait to move.

the manager was very rude. the day before i went to apply i called to see if there where any units and she said there where some (more than one) and to come drop an app off i go up there todo it she looks me up and down and says theres nothing avalible.....i instantly felt judge because i am a darker women and she of course was a white lady very very bad management

Yeah, i’m good on living here. I just called and the lady was rude af and when I asked “will there be anything available for move in on _____?” She, with attitude, said “no. nothing for then or the next month” and hung up on me without saying anything else. Tf? Learn some manners, lady.

I initially asked if there was water damage in the basement because it was the only place without new carpet and was told no during our initial inspection of the apartment in October 2016. It rains maybe a half inch and the water started coming in. The pictures added are from about a week after moving in. Asking for anything to be fixed is a hassle and the land lady is a blatant liar. "It happened in mine too" and "I don't control the weather" are the only responses we got. The water literally was an inch deep through our townhouse at one point. I contacted the owners and they did precisely nothing. There are better places to live.
