The staff member, George, helped out a lot! There was a sign on the door that said no walk-ins but he worked with us and efficiently got us fingerprinted. The process was quick and easy, scan to print FD258 cards. Need a mask for COVID in this location.

Yes. That's the only location that gives you the card. And when you get there, you have to text a number and they'll call you when it's time for you to come in. It's better to make an appointment. They're fast.
