Jon Lee is the best in the business. If i could give him 100 stars and a raise I most certainly would. He has been my insurance guy for years. The reason being that he is very patient and accommodating no matter how ridiculous my needs. If I am ever late with a payment, he will call me. When I call him, he answers and if he doesn't answer he will call me back. I have never found myself screaming at some stupid automated customer service computer on the other side of the world. If you like doing business the the old fashion way and you hate screaming at a computer that cant hear you then you need Jon Lee for your insurance needs.... He will listen then fix it!!!    YOU ROCK JON !
