The staff is incredible here, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is nice. It's pet friendly which is nice (we didn't bring a pet but we enjoyed seeing other people's dogs) The location is about 20 minutes away from all the fun of St. Louis, which we didn't think was bad at all, but we're from the country where you have to drive 30 minutes to get to the grocery store. I've been to nicer hotels, but this one was clean and safe, so it certainly got the job done.

This hotel was easy to get to and the parking lot has ample parking. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. That's the end of the positives-- The hotel smells like pot, cigarettes, and sewage The locks were broken on most of the doors upstairs including our own Leaving the hotel -- there was broken concrete chunks on the sidewalk right outside of the side door. We had to walk around them so we wouldn't trip We left and rented a hotel at the Hilton. Felt much safer Spoke with the manager this morning and she was very understanding and didn't charge for the room.

Positive: The best part about staying at that hotel was that the beds were really comfortable... And the staff were sociable nice and very helping.. Negative: I did not like the fact that there was so many damages to the room... I took pictures my door was off balance... So the only way that my door would close properly is if I lifted it up..

Upon arrival we got stuck trying to pull into the parking lot. The lot was not plowed, and the sidewalks had not been shoveled or salted. Someone nearby in a Yukon heard us trying to get unstuck and cancer to help, ultimately costing us $20 because we didn't have anything smaller. It was worth it, but shouldn't have happened. We were an hour early to check in, but the front desk was accommodating given the weather. The main lobby was clean, updated, and inviting, but the elevator smelled funny and was dirty. It was easy to get to our room, which is always nice. The elevators are in an odd location tack strip under the carpet is too tall so my feet kept getting stuck by tacks which was super annoying.
