Been resident with them almost over a year! For the last 4 months the AC not working and they keep coming back and forth we will fix it soon, need parts, the maintenance showing every other week and still not fix! Got me temporarily unit must be on 24/7! Very disappointed with the service!

I highly approve them because they go the extra length to ensure that the problem gets fixed. Joe is an awesome tech. He is very responsive and was able to fix my ac unit. I visited the Finn today and had an excellent experience. I really felt like I was home. The customer service from the Brittany, and employees were awesome. She did a great job in laying out the fee structure, and the apartment layout. the grounds was clean, and the 1 bedroom Apartment viewed was a good size, well decorated, and even had snacks. the only problem I had was the fact the the apartment are without washer and dryer. However there are several washing facility onsite.

No, not on the advertised price. You get charged for water, trash, and sewer based on the size of your apartment and you have to get electric in your name.
Knollwood has 3 levels.ground apartments.first floor apartments and you have your third floor apartments but,inside you only have one floor.
