I’ve lived at this complex since January 2018 and have only recently gotten the BEST service from office staff AND maintenance. We were impacted by the recent power outage a week ago. As a result, my ac was no longer working. I’d contacted the front office and spoke with a very pleasant young lady named Sidney. I explained that I was a recovering mom with a newborn and was suffering due to the heat. Sidney placed a prompt request to have a wall unit installed in my complex the same day; and it was installed less than an hour later. Sidney was amazing!!! I recently had been having issues with my toilet not flushing in my master bedroom. I had been constantly assigned Mr. LaVelle for assistance. LaVelle had been prompt, polite and effortlessly eager to assist in my requests (I had many for my unit over the past week 😂). Please consider a raise or some form of monetary compensation for both Ms. Sidney and Mr. LaVelle given their amazing customer service! Staff everywhere could take a lesson from these two!

I have lived at these apartments for 10+ years and it makes me sad to read some of these reviews calling this a bad place. No, it is not perfect, but no place is perfect. People in the office have always been kind, helpful and respectful. If you are respectful to them, they will be to you and even work with you when something goes wrong. People are complaining about having to pay late fees when their rent is late. Well DUH! It says that in the contract you signed when you moved in. You should be on top of your rent and not blame the office for your own mistake or get angry when they enforce the contract that YOU signed. Yes, the walls are thin and you can hear other people. Guess what? All apartments are like that, this one is no different. Good luck finding a totally silent apartment. We have a pool, weight room with two treadmills, a rowing machine, bike, Stairmaster and a multi-purpose weight machine, there are events throughout the year such as pool parties, photo contests, food and other goodies giveaways. Even pet photo contests, apartment decorating contests and Christmas contests where you can win gift cards or money off your rent. As I said, the place is not perfect, my only complaint is with maintenance, which sometimes takes a long time or doesn't get fixed as well as it should. But otherwise, this is a decent place to live. People just have unrealistic expectations about apartment living. And no, I don't work there or know anybody who does, I just want people to know that this is a good place to live.

Moving here has been such a blessing. Stonehaven is such a quiet and clean community. The leasing office and maintenance have been great with request and emails. My neighbors are super nice. And I love my townhouse!

definitely NOT renewing my lease again. i was late on rent for the first time ever after almost 3 years because I thought it was on autopay and got slapped with a $50 late fee and notified of the missing payment via email 5 days after it …Emily: We certainly understand that it is frustrating when mishaps like that happen. Yes, there are bus stops directly in front of the community. Very easy access for residents. Can we help you with scheduling a tour to view an apartment?
No it is not
We do not furnish apartments. But we do work with a company that you can rent furniture for your entire unit. As far as the emotional service dog, we would have to have a doctors order for that pet. When we run credit checks, we look for how many things you have in collections and to see if you owe any landlord or utility debt.
