These people have zero customer service nor do they care for your business. In fact you should expect to feel like you are bothering them by walking in the door. Don't bother returning something they won't take it back. Would rather drive to Portland than ever shop here again. Employees and owners are all jerks. I purchased a bilge pump that was faulty and tried returning it 3 days later. I was told it was my problem and I had to deal with the manufacturer because that was their policy.

Awesome marine store. Very helpful and friendly staff! Even had infant life jackets so we could take the little one out on the boat for our vacation.
