OK. I grew up on Canton House on airport road and anyone who has been there knows that they were the best Chinese food in the whole city. When they closed, it was a very bad thing. I searched for a replacement that offered the same flavor, depth and savor. I found it at China Peace! Fried rice was perfect! Onions and bean sprouts (no peas and carrots). St. Paul's were on point and the Lo-Mein was a song. Canton House would be my first stop whenever I came to St. Louis. China Peace will now be my first stop from now on. Excellent!
