Miller Peninsula State Park is an incredible place to horseback ride. I'll start by saying that the parking lot is very clean and set up well for horse trailers, with and easy loop around drive, wide spots, and easy exit. This lot does require a Discover Pass, but has an easy to use kiosk for day passes that does accept cards. The trails are well cared for, and the map is very easy to follow. These trails would be perfect for beginner and intermediate riders, with some spots that require a bit more confidence, such as the Bluff Trail. The beach access trail is gorgeous, but the beach isn't great to ride on since it is all rock. The view of the water is breathtaking. I highly recommend using fly spray on your horses and bug spray on yourself before venturing the beach trail. All-in-all this was an amazing experience.

Great place to hike, trails well maintained. Trail map needs to be corrected as it doesn't match the trail signage.

Beautiful trails! Wish I could have stayed and explored more!

The trail was absolutely lovely and the trail was well marked. There was a good variety of trails and where we hiked never got too steep. A nice relaxing hike with beautiful views.

Yes, kind of rocky, but beautiful views of Canada and the San Juan Islands
